Chelsea Point is a UK based property development company set up with the intention of building high quality residential and commercial properties in Kosovo. Our first development in Fushe Kosove is now complete and over 90% of the property has been sold.

Our second development of 120 apartments in Prishtina is now under construction. The apartment complex in Prishtina is due to be completed in 2009.
